After building and remodeling hundreds of homes across San Diego County, Fares developed internal systems for estimating, project management, client communication, and marketing that made his construction business more efficient and profitable.
Most contractors struggle with the same issues: disorganized project files, inconsistent estimating, slow client communication, and no system for marketing.
